Accommodations

Room & board is provided for workshop registrants only. Families and children can not be accommodated.  Lovely area lodging and restaurants are available to meet family needs at the students expense. All students must share lodging. Child care is not provided. Nurslings under 6 months welcome. 

Lodging: Non-smoking only.   Shared lodging for Sunday & Monday nights. 

 

Sprinkler Lake Educational Center is located in beautiful Huron National Forest.  It offers semi-primitive, old fashioned shared unheated lodging camps (with beds), shared rest rooms & showers.

 

Please bring: a sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, toiletries including towel, soap and any necessary personal items; a flash light is strongly recommended.  Nearest convenience store is 20 miles away so come prepared.

 

Each student is also encouraged to bring a small, inexpensive gift to share at the fireside gift exchange.

Meals*:

Sunday:  Lunch, dinner & refreshments.

Monday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments.

Tuesday: Continental breakfast.

*PLEASE NOTE:   Meals are non-vegetarian. If you have special dietary needs, please bring food with you. Kitchen facilities are not available.

 

Directions to Sprinkler Lake Educational Facility:  From the west:  M-65 to Glennie, F-30 to Adams Rd. North on Adams to Sprinkler Lake (gate on west side of road).
